There are pending tape mounts on papplbkup01 for pool 0102L1 - This is impacting backups

Hi I have checked when i refire the backup its taking every time new tape and and also other clients is backing up fine
So i think its not drive & tape problem
I am not understading why its hapening

All those logs will i got on server side or client side Bcoz as per your suggestion i ran makelogdir.bat file on client side and got a long list.
any impact on Active backup server & Active clients .
Please assist :)
