Thanks for your help, Dev T ! I disabled and delete the drive in backup exec and then nuninstall the driver of both Medium changer and tape drive. I restart all backup exec services and problem solved . Thanks :)

Additional info : I cannot complete the backup job with "Verify after backup completes". After the backup progress completed and verify progress begin and the backup exec stopped...until the timeout :((
