Tried that and same problem. I also tried a repair install and removing the Exchange component.

I answered my own question. Appariently, wbadmin does not come installed on Windows Server 200R2 by default (makes sense as they are trying to go modular), and must be installed through Features (both the GUI and command line tool). Once it was, thin...
