I also get a blinking cursor when I tried to restore 2008R2 x64 vm to a vm. I deleted the hard disk on the original vm and added a virtual hard disk on it to test disaster recovery.

Yes, I am talking about built in "personal archive" of Exchange 2010. I am just testing BESR 2010 against Exchange 2010 at this point, but I will generate a case when I need to. Thanks!
