We are backing up several VM Guest (FreeBSD), thus no agents are installed. Looking at the job log all the server complete backup, but the job will run on for hours and never finish/complete; forceing me to cancle the job.
We have a seperate network/subnet for running backups. All servers have 2 nics. One interface set to 10.0.0.x (main network) the other set to 10.10.10.x (backup network)

There was an issue with ESX not accepting the connection via backup network. Running SGMON showed the the media server could not find "server x" on subnet.
Correction, even when I cancel the job, it never cancels. The only way to stop the job is to restart the Backup Engine on the server, which is great becuase I have to stop all other running jobs.
