I get this error in my Event Viewer: ADAMM configuration warning. The device driver may not be installed for device: Identifier : QUALSTARTLS-412180 2.27. Type: MediumChangerPeripheral. What do I need to do to correct this? Thanks

I did and at the tape drives are displaying offline status. I also rebooted the server and the robotic library and nothing still.

I switched drivers as you stated and now its showing my tape drives as being offline.

Device Manger sees the medium changer and the tape devices. The tape devices are using Symantec drivers but the robotic library is using a Qualstar driver.
