Just though I would post this as none of my internet searches came back with an answer.
I wanted to know how to identify all the files on a file server that had been archived by EV.
Using PowerShell i come up with this:

Cludge it with robocopy and FSAUtility.exe
Destroyed and recreated using a different method. All seems to work now.
Some how I managed previously to set it up with a archive for each folder. @ 50000+ folders.
