Mayur,No it does not show stuck on mountin media. The issue has been solved by upgrading to MP3 on NBU 5.1 as specified by veritas. Coming back to the issue There is absolutely no data on what is happeing with the backup.Only the start time and time ...

Mayurthis is happening with a set of Windows clients. There are no details in the Problem log. There are no pending requests in the monitor.
