Same here and I am at less than 50% used space. I have changed to file size of 2 Gb . I think it was an update because it stoped working with out any changes to my setup. I have also tryed to rename folders and redirect the backup to the new folder...

Hi Sush, I unchecked the feature. I tried to back up the WS2003 system state. First error report . Then I tried to back up the WS 2008 system state on the Vm that BE is installed. This also failed second error report. Best Regards, B.JAb
