Hi, i need to upgrade BE2010 R3 without internet, i need to install hotfixes and sp patch.
My last hotfix is 195395, which is the next i need to install? i need to upgrade to SP4. How can i do it without liveupdate option?

Yes I did. I turned off my AV and stoped all the services, and then I tried to update manually upgrade, without sucessfull and automatic update (with liveupdate) without sucessfull.
I dont know what to do.
