After upgrade BE 2010 R2 to R3 I have ODBC Error catalog

Can anyone resolve this error?

Error ODBC access, you may find lost connection to the database or can not access the catalog index in the database.

If this is the BEDB itself, did you get any errors during your installation? You might want to run a repair of Backup Exec itself through Add/Remove Programs, and run LiveUpdate to install SP1 for BE 2010 R3 as well...
