Hi, What is BE? Yes, I tried the local install and didn't work. Unfortunately there is not even a Symantec folder under all user on the XP machine. Thanks!!

Hi, Sorry that it took me so long to aswer... I did try that previously, when I launch the setupaa.cmd or setupaofo.cmd script the command prompt window open and close with no error message, no event logged. Thanks!
