Running Backup Exec 2010R3 fully patched Exchange 2010 fully patched both are running on W2K8R2 again fully patched. When running backups I am getting the following error:

So I got it resolved. After looking around a bit more and based on my knowledge of Exchange I decided to dismount the store in question, move ALL log files for that store to a temp location, and then remount. backups ran fine.
