Daily/Monthly backup conflict

Hi All,   We currently rotate 5 daily drives for backup.  We are adding 2 monthly drives into the mix.  Is there a way for me to exclude the first monday of the month on the daily backup so that it doesn't conflict with the monthly backups? Thanks
