looks like it was related to vss, GRT was disabled all along. Once this was modified in the job it was back to the usual speed. thanks.

yeah I know. No tasks that I am aware of. I'm going to see what happens this Thursday. The weekly jobs are differentials

I recreated the jobs, rebooted and it works every day, except Thursday for some reason. If if doesn't run this week I will log a call.
