I can expand all mailboxes but i can't see the users mailboxes is it only viewable in restore more?

Dear All, I have exchange 2010 installed in my company using DAG 3 servers have the mailboxes on it and the DAG working perfect, when I tried to backup any of the mailboxes i can not see the users mailbox under it and when i run test it gave me below...
