Hi, I had same issue. I solved it by deleting all licences, restarting symantec services, quit/relaunch the console and enter again all licences. After that it goes fine for me.

Hi, I also tried to restore by searching file. But no more luck. I forgot to mention. I am trying to do GRT restore from a Full VMware backup (the backup job terminated fine with no error). Thanks
