i read the Licensing Guide, but now it is not clear for me how many licenses i will need:
Configuration:
2 Media Servers and 2 Tape Libraries with 1 Drive
Each Media Server can use both Tape Libraries
Do i need 2 Server Licenses + 2 Library ...

I installed a new VM with Windows Server 2012 R2.
I took a snapshot.
I installed SQL Server Express 2014 32 Bit.
I installed Backup Exec 2014.
I started Upgrade to Backup Exec 2015.
Installer again needs SQL Server Express 2008 R2.

I started a clean installation in a vm.Now I can use my own local instance of SQL Server 2005/2008/R2/2012/2014.
I will now install Backup Exec 2014 with SQL 2014 x86 and upgrade it to 2015. Maybe my SQL x64 Version is the problem. We ll see.
