no one to help me?Our customer has an very expansive tapestreamer AND an expansive symantec BE which doesn't work...backups aren't made at this moment..... :(

The device is detected by windows.The drive is also on the HCL. with status ' tested' So I installed the veritas drivers. Rebooted the system.Everything seems to be ok, but when I run the device configuration wizard, BE does NOT detect the tapestream...
