Thank you @Steve-Young . I went to that KB but it did not help. The issue I had was routing and firewall related. We have 2 ISP providers and the storage in Azure was set up to only receive data from one ISP. The traffic from backup exec was being ro...

How did you add the certificate, and what certificate did you add? I'm having the same issue. I read the KB listed in this thread but I'm not quite sure what certificate to add.
