Language of BEWS is ENG and OS language is ENG too.I installed drivers reboot server , but there is the same problem.I can't create image- IDR CD.

CD is correct.I created first iso image from it.This article:http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/257061.htmis instruction but not solve the problem.Mayby I should use Windows 2003 integrated SP1 CD.Please check it in lab if U canArtur
