The Os version seen on the CD or path does not match <server_name>

Hello!
Windows 2003 R2 EnG installed from 2 CD.
Veritas BE 10.1 with SP1
First creating IDR iso image was succesfull, but later when IDR wizard displays : "The OS version seen on CD or path does not match . I cant create new image.
Do yon now the how to solve this problem?

CD is correct.I created first iso image from it.
This article:

is instruction but not solve the problem.
Mayby I should use Windows 2003 integrated SP1 CD.
Please check it in lab if U can

Hi,

What is the language of BEWS and OS ?

1.- Install these drivers Veritas drivers:
http://support.veritas.com/docs/282974

2.- Reboot media server.

3.- Create IDR CD

Update us on the same and revert for any further Query

Language of BEWS is ENG and OS language is ENG too.
I installed drivers reboot server , but there is the same problem.I can't create image- IDR CD.

Please insert the standard Windows 2003 CD and try the operation.
We always recommend you to use non SP integrated CD while creating IDR image.
