As Ken says, try recreating the Backup-To-Disk folder on the new USB drive. The folder structure alone isn't enough.

Success!It does indeed rely on Windows Authentication. You must have an account on the SQL server and the Media server - no option to use SQL authentication, which seems a little restrictive.Anyways, it's working.Thanks
