The system drive failed and has been replaced. Windows re-installed, and BE re-installed.
I put in a backup tape and attempt to catalog a tape and get this message:

All of the sudden my backups are failing, while trying to backup a remote server. Nothing has changed.

Today I changed all the Backup Exec services that were using the Administartor account to logon using an account that I created that is a member of Backup Operators group.

As I had said, all software and hardware is the same. Same Backup Exec version.
The customer will have to buy some new tapes, as they don't have any extras on hand.
Inventory runs. But the media label is not correctly indentified after the job completes
It says "unknown label".
No errors in BE or Event Logs.
Everything; software, hardware, tapes... is the same as before. Only Windows and BE has been re-install...
I was hoping for more information than that. I'm wondering why I get these warnings, even though I've recently cleaned the drive.
Under Tools I have Alert Categories. In there I don't find anything on Media Cleaning.
