Hi Just upgraded from v8.6 to v10.Remote server agents for our Lacie NAS device fail to install and backup fails.Did not need an agent on v8.6.Lacie NAS device is running Windows XP embedded.Any info most appreciated.Andy

I have setup 1 disc space device and a created a media set but I want to have 5 days of protection. Protection setting is NONE in media set and I cannot change it.What am I missing, do I have to setup multiple devices and jobs for each day.Regards

Hi I have sorted the issue.The Agent would not install from the BE Server. Failed with error message 'network path not found'.Copied agent to nas box installed OK and tested. I did this last week and it would not have it, but it's a little less manic...
