Where do I download it? How much does it cost? How do I install it? Do I need this agent if I just want to backup files to a Backup Exec 10d for Small Business Windows server, or will I run into problems if I just use the Samba share?

Yes, I can view the drive in Windows Explorer and Disk Management. I even created a folder & deleted it to make sure I could read/write to it.

Source and destination are locally attached Drobo drives (not NAS), and both can be read via Windows Explorer.
