Have a problem. I tries to install sp3 for Backup exec 9.1 but the answer the installer gives me is that sp1 needs to be installed(!?). If I go to look in installed updates I see sp2 installed althou not sp1 but I'am certain that it was installed bef...

I'am running Backup exec 9.1 on our server(SBS2003) and I wonder if it can be used with Autodesk vault 4?

Fixed this with the workaround as mentioned by USERS in other threads. You can not install sp1 you get an error.The workaround consists of installing hotfix 52 before installing sp3.

I have the same problem. I have installed sp2 already but sp3 wants sp1.
