Actually I am having the same problem. After replacing the tape drive, it starts loading the media but then goes into quesued state, tries loading the media again (and you can see the drive picks it up) and then queues again. How do you fix this?
Unfortunately there is only one drive so I can't switch the drives like the document said; also I don't know if it makes a difference but it's a MSL5026 tape library not a stand alone drive
