Backup Job fails with communication error

Backup Job fails with communication error between Job Engine service and Remote Agent. However it only happens every three days. I changed the network setting under Veritas to only use the NIC that goes out to the Local Area Network and the port settings but still get this error. What else could it be?

Since when does the problem occur? What are you backing up in this job..how many remote servers? Do also descibe the exact error code that you get when the job fails.
