Is the "Veritas Updates" service not working correctly? Why wouldn't SP4 be listed under "List Available Updates" if it is for the version of BackupExec I am running ?Message was edited by: Rick Dietz

I did see and read the other thread concerning installing SP4. I posted my message because I am surprised that I did not receive an email notification and secondly, that the SP is not listed as an available update when I go to the "Veritas Updates" ...

After installing Service Pack 3, the Update Page lists hotfixes 47, 50, 51 and 52 as available updates. It also lists Service Pack 2 as available to install. I installed these all prior to Service Pack 3. Do I need to install them again?Product Up...
