We solved the problem. There was some kind of Veritas error on the Exchange-server, but the error didn't show when using remote desktop. Logging in directly to the Exchange server did how ever show it, and it was just to click "OK" and then it worked...

Shutting down the Backup services and then restart them should do the trick. You will probably get a "timeout" from the Job Engine a couple of times, but just keep trying.
