Hello, We have got Backup Exec version 9.1, and an error lead us to upgrade to version 10.0, but i can't find a way to do it without paying another license, is there?Thanks.

I tried the upgrade, but it wont let me install it because says that serial number has been already registered, because i am inputting the one for the previous version, which one otherwise?

i forgot to say that i am using DELL DLT tapes 40GB/80GB, uncompressed and compressed. We have around 60GB, and set to compress by hardware (otherwise none), i think.Should i change that??Thanks!
