the NBU appliance is going to support more diverse operating systems like UNIX etc, and is easily expandable. Check below for both products specs:

Actually we need to implement one of them on our company, it is hard to choose between them.
Incas we are using One operating system only (windows) and we are not planning to use UNIX or any other OS what do you recommend !?

The BE 3600 appliance only scales to around 5.5TB of deduped backup data, and can do a tape-out to a SAS connected tape drive. If you're not backing up data that will not exceed 5.5TB of deduped backup data, then the BE 3600 appliance is probably the better option due to price.
