SQL Backup Incremental Errro

My BE Appliance keeps reports failed for the incremental job failure ... while the same setting FULL backup is successfully executed everytime.

any idea where do i missed ?

...the TN below is for DIFF backups, but the information should apply. Make sure no other application is backing up those SQL DBs:
