(0xa000e380) Unknown Error using Domino Agent

After Installing Backup Exec 9.1with Service Pack 2 onto two Windows 2003 servers, I get an error '(0xa000e380) Unknown Error' on both servers.

Each server is backing itself up only, and I only get the error when using the Domino agent to back up Notes 6.x databases.

File system backups of the same servers (not notes data) do not report the error.

It does look as though the correct amount of data is backed up, and I appear to be able to restore individual DB's, but the error is a worry.

Does anyone know what causes this error? and how to fix it.

The servers are connected to a library by fibre, and we are using the SSO on both servers. The Advanced Open File Agent is also installed onto both servers.

check the following document from our support site :

check in job log for any skipped .nsf files. If yes deselect them from backup job.
