0xe0008115 after upgrade to 10d from 8.6

I have a Dell Poweredge 2400 running Windows 2000 Advanced with a Spectra Treefrog 2000 tape library with an AIT2 tape drive.
I was running Backup Exec 8.6 and everything worked ok.
I upgraded to 10.1d and when I run any kind of job the library puts a tape in the drive then fails locking the tape in the drive, going offline, failing the job and returns with 0xe0008115 - Physical Volume Library Drive or Robot paused, offline, or disabled.
I have rolled back the device drivers(to v8.6), tried the latest device drivers, applied all required hotfixes, changed SCSI Id's and updated the SCSI card drivers but still the jobs fail.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be wrong?

Hello Martin,

Please install the latest device drivers:

Symantec Backup Exec (tm) 10d (10.1.5629) - Device Driver Installer (20060815) - Includes Tape Driver Release (21) and Robotic Library Release (65) (Intel Only)
