10.0SP1 upgrade to 10d ?

Just a quick question:
Are there any issues with installing 10d with a 10.0 license ? We are in the process of rolling out 10.0SP1 and we are not sure if it is possible to freely "upgrade" to 10d

you need to be within your maintenance period to go from 10.0 to 10.1 otherwise its a paid for upgrade
