11d & Exchange 2007 skipped files

More Exchange 2007 agent questions. The following files are being skipped:
 
Unable to open the item mycustomer.net\C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\data\IpFilter\IpFiltering.edb - skipped.
Unable to open the item mycustomer.net\C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\data\IpFilter\tmp.edb - skipped.
Unable to open the item mycustomer.net\C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\data\IpFilter\trn.log - skipped.
Unable to open the item mycustomer.net\C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\data\Queue\mail.que - skipped.
Unable to open the item mycustomer.net\C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\data\Queue\tmp.edb - skipped.
Unable to open the item mycustomer.net\C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\data\Queue\trn.log - skipped.
Unable to open the item mycustomer.net\C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\data\Queue\trntmp.log - skipped.

Shouldn't these files be automatically excluded? Do I just have to manually exclude them?

Yes, if Automatic File Exclusion is enabled, Exchange  *.edb (as well as SQL, Sharepoint and Notes) files (as opposed to databases) should be skipped (with no notice in the job log that they have been skipped)

They would not be automatically skipped. 
 
If you do not want to back them up you would need to added them to your exclusion list.
