I moved my Backup Exec 9.1 instalation to a new server (both are Windows 2003 R2). I installed the remote agent on the server which previously held Backup Exec. I disabled all the old backup exec services on old server (put left the remote agent running of course)
When I select any of the files on the remote server, the back starts, goes to pre-processing and then I get the error message:
a00084f9 a communications failure hs occured between the backup exec job engine and the remote agent
