64-bit Remote Agent Install Problem

Hi,
I am currently running Version 10.1 Rev. 5629 on the Media server and I am trying to install the remote agent on a Windows 2003 64-bit server using the instructions found in Technote http://support.veritas.com/docs/275657. After mapping a drive letter to the correct path and double clicking on the setupaa64.cmd file, I receive the following message:

The image file V:\setup.exe is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine.

The machine is a Dual-Core Intel Xeon Processor MP-Based Server System with 7000 sequence processors. Does anyone know what I need to do to get the remote agent working correctly on this server? Thanks for any help. Please let me know if you need more info from me.

I am also having the same problem. Downloaded the latest version of 10D yesterday and still get the same error message:
"The image file z:\setup.exe is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine."

You must be running AMD64 system type.

If you do...you need to apply this patch.

Henry,

That patch did the fix!!! As the doc said, it works with:

AMD Opteron
Intel Xeon with Intel EM64T
Intel Pentium with Intel EM64T
AMD Athlon 64 and 64 FX
AMD Turion 64

Thanks for the help!!!
