According to the scenario we presume that you are not able to see all the tapes in the library, please perform following steps and verify the results:
1)Populate all slots and power recycle the Library.
2)Take an inventory of the Library inside BE and then check again if all the tapes are visible now.
Go to Devices->select the library->select inventory->and then catalog it.
3)Since the ADIC contains Mailbox Expansion please check their configuration. If you are planning to configure the mailbox slots for storage only then you can perform following steps,
a)Disable the Mail slots in the Library by menu option and recycle the library.
b)Check if the slots are detected in BE after that. You would need to restart the BE services also after power recycling the library.
4)You can also try updating the firmware of the ADIC scalar if the above steps don't work.
