AES Encryption

Hi,

In all the product literature, I keep seeing verbiage like "Govt. standard encryption." But I don't see any claim of FIPS-140-2 certification. Is Backup Exec's AES implementation on the NIST certification list as a part of the generic Symantec AES encryption library, or are the search results that seem to indicate that only pcAnywhere uses this module and is certified true? If so, is Backup Exec under evaluation, or are there no current plans to achieve certification?

It says government standard, but it doesn't mention which government ;)

I don't think I've seen any claims of its certification.
