AOFO Error - Snapshot Provider Error

Hi,

In our job log, this is the error we are getting:

AOFO: Initialization failure on: "Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
Snapshot provider error (0x800706BE): 0x800706be (2147944126)

Its causing the backup to fail. I have checked, and double checked the AOFO option under the backup job properties and its not selected. I have also deselected follow junction points, and turned off open file option with a lock. Please advise.
