We are using Backup Exec 10d with the latest service pack. The remote agent is installed on a Windows 2000 Server. The backup logs show an error that states that the VSPAPI.dll file could not be found. We have removed the agent and rebooted, then installed the agent again. The file VSPAPI.dll does exist in the VERITAS directory and the VSP.sys does exist in the "system32/drivers" directory. The logon account that we are using for Backup Exec is the domain Administrator so it has full rights to everything. We are still getting this error. What else can we try to resolve this issue???
