Access Denied error code a0008488 hex

When backing up Exchange 2000 mailboxes I get the same error everytime. Access denied a0008488 hex error code. I have made sure that the logon account for backup exec is part of the domain admins, which it is and still the error appears. The error always occurs on a different email and the next day it is a different email causing the problem while the previous days email backs up fine.

any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
