Access Denied:

To set the scenario, we previously had Backup Exec V10d and started getting failed jobs on access denied to information store, we upgraded to V11d and we are still getting access denied, so i have since removed V11d and carried out a fresh install (previously upgraded over V10d).

Created new job, and am still getting:

Daily Backup -- The job failed with the following error: Access is denied.

When you try open the job log you get a 5minute delay before this message:

Illegal xml character.
