Access denied during installation

We've purcased Backup Exec v.10 for Small Business Server. Trying to install the software, all tests (first page) are suceessful. After clicking to 'Next', we'll get a windows-error box with 'Access denied'. That's all. Any idea what can be wrong?
Operating system is Windows Small Business 2003, the licence is A130478-0LB000 (Backup Exec, Windows, for Small Business Servers), the media package is N130348.

Hello,

The license number that you have provided, is it for Backup Exec 10.0? Do verify if so.
Check in Windows for the bkupinst log and MSDE_BKUPEXEC log. Do you get any errors in these install logs? Also check for errors in the event viewer.

We've found the problem - the media package is defective. Using the downloaded version of the software the installation was successful.
