Access is Denied message

Environment - Windows 2003 OS, Veritas Backup Exec 10d

When trying to select the Exchange 2003 Mailboxes, I get a "access is denied."

I've logged in w/ Enterprise admin/Domain Admin rights so I don't see how permissions is an issue. I've looked all around the web, no luck.

However, I can backup the Information Store. Go figure...
