Action canceled

When starting Backup Exec 10d on my Windows2003 server, the left pane always displays an "Action canceled" internet explorer window, no matter which tab is selected.

I have already tried to repair and to reinstall the software with no luck. SP1 was no success either, nor changing the proxy and security configuration in internet explorer !

What other suggestions do you have to solve my problem ?

Hello,

What is the version of Internet Explorer used by you? In case there is an upgrade, do upgrade to the latest version of Internet explorer and then verify the results.

The version of Internet Explorer is 6.0 sp1. Enhanced security has been disabled.
