Add Redundant BE Server?

Hi all....

   We're running Backup Exec version 12.5 here at the school for about a year and a half.  Last summer, the server that BE was on crashed and had to be rebuilt.  I wondered if there was a way to add an additional server that would know the jobs and schedules so that in the event that were to happen again, the backups would continue uninterrupted.

Only if you purchase duplicates of all your serials
